Privacy
Your files stay on your PC
Drawings and spreadsheets stay in the workspace you choose. SurvyAI does not keep a copy of that library.
When you are signed in, the task text and any file content that task needs go to SurvyAI’s hosted model. A local model, if you turn one on, stays on this PC. Windows protects the saved sign-in.
The beta form stores your name, email, and any optional details you add, so we can grant access and improve the product. We do not sell that information. This site keeps an anonymous id only to count visits and downloads. To correct or delete a signup, email support@survyai.com.
FAQ
Before you install
Do I need AutoCAD or ArcGIS?
AutoCAD is required for survey plans. Coordinate and document tasks can run without it. ArcGIS Pro is only needed for a GIS project.
Can I download without joining?
Yes. Joining lets us grant Pro during the beta. It does not turn Pro on by itself. After the beta, Pro is paid.
How do I report a problem?
Email support@survyai.com, or use Feedback in the desktop app.
